Cixi BEILIGE Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is a Bathroom Fan Heater manufacturer and a long-established heater supplier in China. From our Cixi factory, we design and produce wall-mounted bathroom heaters using PTC ceramic elements, IP23-rated enclosures and 1000/2000 W power stages as part of our Ceramic Constant Temperature Heater family. The range is aimed at distributors, private-label programmes and projects that need repeatable quality, short installation time and dependable safety behaviour in wet rooms.
Since 1981 we have specialized in electric heating appliances. Our 50,000 m² plant runs more than 20 assembly lines with over 1,000 employees and an annual capacity of 6,000,000 units, while an in-house testing lab and a dedicated QC staff support inspection from incoming parts to finished goods.
Bathroom Fan Heater range and model fit
The current bathroom fan heater programme is made up of eight wall-mounted models. They share the same basic heat engine—a PTC ceramic element with a forced-air fan—but differ in control interface, timer range, display and mounting details. We position them as one product family so a distributor can cover simple value lines and feature-led hotel models without changing supplier. Configuration details in the table are read together with your target market and installation method.

Where the Bathroom Fan Heater fits
A wall-mounted bathroom heater is selected when floor space is limited, the room is humid, and fast warm-up matters more than silent convection. The usual use cases are residential bathrooms, hotel guestrooms, serviced apartments, care homes, gym changing rooms and public washrooms. Because the unit is mounted high, warm air is released above head height and falls evenly across the room.
- 1000 W models suit small bathrooms and toilets where the heater runs for short preheat periods.
- 2000 W models are used in larger bathrooms of about 10–15 m², where faster airflow and higher heat input are needed.
- Thermostat and timer versions reduce energy use by stopping heat at the set point and allowing timed preheat before bathing.
- Towel-rack and glass-panel versions add drying function and a cleaner visual surface for hotels and care homes.
PTC ceramic technology and safety design
The core of each unit is a PTC ceramic heating element. Its resistance rises as temperature increases, so the element self-limits and holds a constant heat output rather than climbing to wire-coil temperatures. This gives our bathroom heaters a useful combination of quick warm air delivery and lower exposed-surface temperature.
- IP23-rated enclosure resists water entry in normal bathroom use.
- Overheat protection cuts power if internal temperature exceeds the safe threshold.
- The PTC element and fan are separated in the airflow path, reducing heat build-up risk.
- Grounding and leakage current protection are part of the electrical safety design.
- Power switches and pull-chain controls keep operation simple and reduce reliance on electronic interfaces in basic models.
The same PTC approach is used in related heaters across our portable PTC heater category, but the bathroom version adds a waterproof enclosure and wall-mount form factor.
Configuration options and OEM/ODM support
Our configuration approach starts with the required control interface and installation method, then moves to electrical, packaging and branding details. We support custom R&D and OEM/ODM production from drawings or samples supplied by the customer, including housing colour, control label, wattage and voltage system.
- Pull-chain switch version with no power cord for site wiring.
- Adjustable thermostat version for set-and-forget energy saving.
- Timer versions in 2-hour and 1–24 hour ranges.
- LED display and touch-control versions.
- Glass-panel version with towel rack for hotel bathroom use.
- Downflow outlet version for even downward warm-air distribution.
For other mounting styles in the same heating family, see our Wall Mounted Heater range, and for the forced-air heat engine used in portable formats, see our Fan Heater category.
Installation, utilities and site integration
Because these units are wall mounted and operate in damp rooms, installation planning needs to confirm the fixing surface, electrical circuit and clearance around the air inlet and outlet. Our proposal includes the mounting details and wiring configuration for the selected model.
- Mount the heater high on the wall, away from direct water sources, with enough space for airflow.
- Connect to a properly rated grounded supply matched to the 1000/2000 W setting.
- Where a model is supplied without a power cord, the installer provides the correct cable and plug for local regulations.
- Do not block the grille or install the unit inside a tight enclosure.
- User instructions cover fixing, connection, cleaning and the recommended annual maintenance check.
Information we use to configure your solution
To prepare a suitable proposal, our project team needs the target market, the room condition and the commercial quantities behind the enquiry. This lets us match the model, control set, packaging and certification evidence to the actual order.

Bathroom Fan Heater FAQs
What is the MOQ for bathroom fan heaters from BLG?
For models such as HBH-2004A, HBH-2004B and HBH-2004C, the standard MOQ is 1,000 units per model. For established distributor programmes we can discuss mixed-model orders and delivery scheduling based on your confirmed annual volume.
Can a bathroom fan heater be supplied without a power cord?
Yes. The HBH-2004A is supplied without a power cord so the installer can choose the cable route and plug type to suit the local bathroom layout. Other models can be quoted with the cord and plug configuration for your destination market.
How do I choose between 1000 W and 2000 W?
Use 1000 W for small bathrooms, toilets and short preheat cycles. Use 2000 W for larger bathrooms of about 10–15 m² and where the heater is the primary heat source. Thermostats and timers on the relevant models help prevent energy waste at either setting.
What controls and displays can be customized?
We offer pull-chain switches, adjustable thermostats, 2-hour and 1–24 hour timers, LED display, touch screen, ECO modes, downflow outlet, glass panel and towel-rack formats. OEM/ODM adjustments such as housing colour, control label, packaging and manual language are developed from your drawings or samples.
What compliance and warranty information is provided?
The bathroom fan heater range is manufactured under our CE, CB, GS, EMC and BSCI programme. Finished units are inspected during production and before packing. Standard product warranty is one year, with 1% free spare parts included to support field service.
