Cixi BEILIGE Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. has manufactured electric heaters since 1981 and builds the Wall Mounted Heater manufacturer range in our 50,000 m² factory in Cixi, Zhejiang, across 20 assembly lines with a 6,000,000-unit yearly capacity. The BPT-2000B family covers 33 models and variants of wall-mounted PTC ceramic heaters for distributors, retail brands and project buyers in Europe, America, Japan and other export markets.
Each unit is built around a self-limiting PTC ceramic element with fan-forced delivery: warm air leaves from the top of the housing, falls and circulates through the room, and the heater stays clear of floor space, children and pets. Models are then separated by power level, control electronics, display, handset and ERP-compliant programming.
Dual heating power
1000 W and 2000 W settings across the range, selectable at the control panel.
Comfort modes
Fan, warm air and hot air modes on three-mode versions for circulation, gentle heat and fast warm-up.
Programmable control
7.5-hour, 24-hour and weekly timers, window-open detection, delayed start and stop, LED display and remote handset.
Range Positioning Within Our Heater Programme
Wall-mounted heaters sit between our portable appliances and fixed convector lines. They suit rooms where floor space is limited, where the heater must be fixed above the reach of children and pets, and where a retail or project customer wants scheduled rather than manual heat control. Where a project mixes fixed and portable heating, our Portable PTC Heater and Fan Heater ranges cover floor-standing positions, and the Bathroom Fan Heater range addresses washroom installation.
- Self-limiting PTC ceramic element with overheat protection and thermal cut-off
- Fan / warm / hot air selection on three-mode models
- Electronic control board with LED display and infrared remote handset
- Wall-mounting set included in the carton
- ERP-compliant versions identified by the -ERP suffix
Model Families and Application Fit
The suffix pattern is consistent across the family: the base model carries the essential heating and safety package, the L version adds display or extended timing, and the L-ERP version adds full weekly programming, window detection and European energy-efficiency compliance.

PTC Ceramic Core and Control Architecture
The heating element is a PTC ceramic block whose resistance rises as it warms, so power input falls away at the upper temperature limit and the element cannot run into thermal runaway. A fan draws room air across the element and pushes it out through the front grille; the housing directs the airflow upward so warmed air spreads before it reaches occupants. This is why the family warms a room faster than a purely convective wall panel of similar rating.
Control electronics are the second differentiator. Base models use a straightforward thermostat and timer circuit; L and L-ERP versions carry a control board with LED display, infrared receiver and programmable clock. The programming layer is what project customers usually specify, because window-open detection and delayed stop change real running hours rather than just user convenience.
For a proposal we match the control layer to the sales channel: simple timer models for price-led retail, L-ERP models for markets where energy labelling and ERP compliance are checked at import.
Specifications We Fix Before Production
Every order is released against a signed specification sheet. The sheet locks the parameters that the line, the test station and the carton artwork all work from, so a repeat order reproduces the first shipment.
- Rated voltage, frequency and plug type for the destination market
- Heating power setting: 1000 W, 2000 W or dual power
- Mode set: fan only, warm air, hot air, or three-mode selection
- Timer scope: 7.5-hour, 24-hour or weekly programme
- Display type and remote handset inclusion
- Protection package: overheat protection and thermal cut-off
- Control panel and housing finish, branding and label language
- Certification set and ERP marking where applicable
- Packing configuration, carton marks and master carton quantity
Installation and Wall Interface
The heater is fixed to a load-bearing wall using expansion bolts of at least 8 mm diameter, embedded at least 80 mm into the wall excluding any insulation layer. The wall-mounting set is supplied in the carton, and each unit ships with a circuit wiring diagram so the installing electrician works from the correct terminal arrangement.
- Check wall load capacity before drilling; avoid hollow brick and lightweight partition without reinforcement
- Mount horizontally using a spirit level to prevent tilting and uneven airflow
- Keep the stated safety distance from furniture, curtains and other combustible surfaces
- Maintain ventilation around the intake and outlet grilles
- Confirm socket rating and circuit protection match the 2000 W setting
- Run a functional check of heating, temperature control and protection after installation
Quality Control and Acceptance
Our quality chain runs from supplier selection and evaluation through certified product testing, incoming parts control, in-process monitoring, product inspection and routine test at the end of the line. A QC team of 31–40 people works alongside our own testing laboratory and inspection equipment. The company holds CE, CB, GS, EMC and BSCI certification, and ERP versions are supplied against the applicable energy-efficiency requirement.
Finished goods are packed tightly for transport and can be shipped by sea, land or air. Product warranty is one year, with 1% free spare parts supplied alongside the order for service stock.
OEM/ODM, Packing and Delivery Scope
Our R&D team of 5–10 engineers develops and produces units to customer drawings or samples, which covers housing colour, control panel layout, labelling, packaging artwork and feature selection within the platform. Minimum order quantity is 1000 units per model. Container loading for the two main housing sizes is shown below for early logistics planning.
